: Above price are only an
estimate. If
the product is not our style,
actual price may vary from the
above estimates, depending on
the size and style of the
requested item. In such cases,
you will be contacted with the
actual price before we
manufacture your order.
Delivery
: all orders will takes 4-6
weeks to manufacture from the
time we received full payment
and all order details
confirmation.
Design
: There is a $50 design fee for
any new design. This is a one
time fee, for the first pair
only. We will save the design
for your second pair, so there
is no design fee on any
following order for the exact
same design.
Shoe
last : If the new design
needs a new shoe last, there is
a shoe last fees of $50 per
pair. If you plan to keep this
new design as your product line,
we advise to order the new shoe
last in size run, and the shoe
last company charge $25 per pair
if order in size run. These
shoe last belongs to you. We
will put your company name on
the shoe last and store for you
until you want us to ship them
to you.
Special fitting : There is a extra
charge of $75 for customer who
require special fitting
attention such as deform foot,
hip-replacement, foot injuries,
extra wide EEEE, extra narrow
AAAA, one foot is significant
different than the other, etc.
Payment : All outstanding
balance needed to be paid before
we start your new order. For
your convenience, we recommend
you to leave us your credit card
info on our file, so we can
charge for you at each order
with email confirmation (instead
of you going online to pay each
time). Leaving your credit
card info with us is optional.
Shipping : we charge what
shipping company charge us.
Shipping for a pair of shoes is
approximately $62 - $68
for FedEx and DHL. If you
have an account with shipping
company, please give them to us
and we will charge on your
account. If there is any
correction needed to be made on
your order, we will take care of
your shoes correction to your
satisfaction even if we have to
remake a new pair. However, we
will not responsible for any
shipping expenses.
Custom
label & Packaging : if
you use our packaging, there is
no charge. If you would like to
use your private label, please
