Shipping: Most of our products are hand made to order at our manufacturing facilities in Thailand. Due to special procedures in international shipping we choose from among several shipping companies, depending on the shipping destination. In most cases we use Fedex or DHL.

Delivery Time: Orders will be ready to ship approximately 4 to 6 weeks after receiving your order and payment approval.  Once we have made your order, we will email you a picture of your ordered product for your approval.  It takes 7 to 10 days to ship from Thailand.

Returns Policy:   Most of our customers' experience with our foot wear ranges from "the best shoes I have ever worn" to "I will never have to find another shoes company again"  However, in the unusual event, you are not satisfied with your order, please see below.

Ready made / inventory shoes and other items : If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for store credit.  No refunds are permitted.  All returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of your shipment, and the products must be in their original condition, i.e. shoes must not have been worn and other products must not be in a used condition.  Shipping cost are non-refundable.

Custom made items : If you are not satisfied for any reason, please send back to address below for adjustment.  Most adjustments are free of charge.  ALL shipping costs are customer's responsibility.  If the product needs to be remade,  we will make a one time refund of 50% of the price paid on the first pair of the product.
